Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu has a yearly average temperature of 12°C (53°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 16°C (60°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu receives an average of 260 cm/y (102 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2330 m (7644 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu was founded durring the late 18th century in late summer of the year 1691, by Horxohz vyim Yuvnorusg. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Horxohz vyim Yuvnorusg.
Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of narrow flagstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's peasent-grade are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Cultural Notes
Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
In Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Necrocraft near Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Dehaīé-ftä Rudnoplu's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves orgies to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 2 via throat chanting.
